Growing up, my mum instilled in me the importance of home cooked food, sat around the table and we always had fresh vegetables with our meals. I was always active and into sports, enjoying the feeling of being fit and strong. It wasn’t until years later, when my husband received a devastating cancer diagnosis, that I became fully aware of the connection of what we put into our bodies and how we live our lives, to it’s capacity to harm or heal us. Together, Jason and I went on a nutrition and lifestyle journey for the next three and a half years, which heartbreakingly ended in his death.
This experience and my interest throughout my life of living what I believed to be a “healthy lifestyle”, ignited a need to learn about nutrition and holistic healing. I embarked on my training in naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and instantly knew I was where I wanted to be.
It is a joy to work with people and to help them achieve their health goals. Optimal health and wellbeing is individual and I look forward to working with you, to live your healthiest and happiest life.
As I am committed to practising nutritional therapy responsibly, I am a registered member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the General Naturopathy Council.

After years of gastro problems, I was introduced to Lisa. She was very knowledgeable and understanding. Lisa recommended a complete change of diet and a need to think about my lifestyle. This new way of eating and cooking has improved my health and wellbeing enormously. More importantly, Lisa has been a wonderful source of encouragement at every stage of this journey. She has given me recipes and even food shopping lists which are so very useful. Thank you Lisa for helping me to feel well again.
I made an appointment with Lisa as I wanted to improve my diet. I was struggling with sugar cravings and was slowing putting on weight. She explained the connection between the food that I was eating and its effect on my energy and mood. I have added in lots of new foods which I am enjoying and I don't feel the need to constantly snack anymore! I can’t believe the increase in my energy and the improvement in my sleep. If you want sound advice that you can take and realistically put into practice, then I would recommend getting in touch with Lisa.
I had been taking medication for digestive issues for a number of years and whilst it had helped initially, I was feeling worse than ever. After speaking to Lisa, I came to understand why my symptoms were getting so bad again. With her guidance on food and supplements, I started to feel better really quickly (no reflux). I also incorporated gentle exercise and breathing practices into my routine. I have lots more energy for life now. My only complaint is not doing this earlier!
